Johan Smit

Johan has been a lawyer in Rotterdam since 1985. He serves many businesses active in the port and in shipping in general. An important part of his practice concerns both the contractual and the procedural part of shipbuilding and ship repair: he assists shipyards as well as shipowners in drafting shipbuilding contracts and conducting arbitration or court proceedings. He is also active in construction matters and tenders.
