Stijn Haanschoten

Stijn Haanschoten is an attorney at law (at the supreme court). He specialises in corporate law and assists both national and international clients in proceedings from the district court up to the supreme court and arbitration (including corporate litigation) as well as in various types of transactions.

In addition, he advises on corporate law in a broad sense. Stijn is also working on a PHD study at Erasmus University on the protection of minority shareholders and from time to time he publishes in legal scholarly journals.
